Executive Profiles
President
Henry Haver has been serving the Fluid Power industry for over 30 years. He first learned his craft as a journeyman machinist, while also studying fluid power at local colleges in Michigan, where he would receive his IFPS certification. His team plays a significant role to business, as they draw on their broad experience to solve different application issues, which in turn provide value to Peninsular’s customers.
The most important lessons that he has learned so far in his career are that customer satisfaction, innovation, and continuous learning are all crucial to longstanding success. Customer Service & Inside Sales Manager
Koebe accepted the position of customer service manager in December of 2019. He has been with the Peninsular Cylinder Co. since 2015. Prior to becoming the customer service manager he worked in shipping, order entry, and as a customer service representative. In this time he has strived to fully absorb himself with the internal processes of the company and has always been eager to get involved and contribute when problems arise.
Koebe graduated from the University of Dayton in Ohio. Prior to working in fluid power, Koebe worked for a wine and liquor distribution company for 10 years where he held multiple positions in shipping, inventory management, purchasing, and sales.
Even though Koebe started with Peninsular in 2015, he was introduced to the company at a very young age. His father was the sales manager for Peninsular throughout the 80’s and 90’s. Koebe has fond memories of his father bringing him into the office to visit with his colleagues when he was a child.
Throughout his career he has always held customer service as a top priority. Koebe brings a more technological forward approach to this department, his hopes to make dealing with customer service a seamless event. He believes world class customer service is often the determining factor when customers are looking for a supplier partner. When Koebe is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling to their cottage in northern Michigan, craft beer, skiing, playing tennis, and golf.
