President
Mr. Kurtz has served as President & General Manager Since March 2024. He has more than 15 years of progressive operational leadership and strategy experience in the Industrial, Commercial Vehicle, and Automotive markets. Prior to joining Peninsular, Mr. Kurtz served as Director of Operations over Multiple Plants in Industrial, Commercial Vehicle & Aftermarket for Burgaflex. In this role, he was responsible for the fast-growing Class 5-8 business and P&L, as well as overseeing the supply chain & operations planning.
Prior to that, he served as Sr. Manager Operations Strategy and Optimization for Meritor. He also held the position of General Manager Commercial Vehicle for American Axle & Manufacturing over Multiple Plants across the U.S. He earned a B.S. in Business Management from Northwood University.

Accounting Manager
Miss Harris is the Accounting Manager for Peninsular Cylinder. In this role, she oversees the operations of Peninsular’ business from a finance perspective and works with the finance controller to ensure that the company meets its operational and financial commitments.
Tracy joined Peninsular in 2022. In her more than 20-year career, she has served in several positions in the finance world including accounting and banking.
Miss Harris was educated in Michigan. Prior to joining Peninsular, Tracy spent 10 years as a relationship banker with Flagstar & Huntington.
Miss. Harris enjoys spending time with her two successful daughters and beautiful granddaughter, traveling the world, building custom high-end furniture and golf.

Director of Sales & Customer Service
Mr. Mosher has 20 plus years providing world-class customer service across multiple industries. He runs a high performing team of top customer service specialists at Peninsular that provides immediate service and resolution to support hundreds of distribution centers across the U.S. Mr. Moshers professional involvement across all departments in the company and his proactive involvement in resolving issues has made him a top leader within the industry providing resolutions at all levels. He holds a degree from the University of Dayton in political science and previously held multiple high-level positions in customer service and management in distribution and manufacturing.
Mr. Mosher brings a more technological forward approach to his team, to make dealing with customer service a seamless event each time. His world-class customer service is often the determining factor when customers are looking for a supplier partner in the cylinder industry.
Mr. Mosher enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling to their cottage in northern Michigan, craft beer, skiing, playing tennis, and golf.

Engineering Manager
Mr. Haver, a Certified Fluid Power Specialist, has enriched the fluid power industry for over 40 years, starting as a journeyman machinist and earning his credentials through studies at Michigan colleges. His expertise earned him a Certified Fluid Power Specialist (CFPS) title and a prestigious induction into the Fluid Power Hall of Fame in 2020.
His deep commitment to customer satisfaction, continuous innovation, and learning has driven his career and Peninsular Cylinder’s success, where he influences product development from inception through production. Leading his team to solve complex application issues, Mr. Haver continues to lead the engineering department into the future.

Marketing Manager
Mr. Conte, a seasoned marketing manager with over two decades of expertise in SEM, SEO, and Social Media strategies, plays a pivotal role at Peninsular Cylinder Company. His aptitude for crafting innovative marketing campaigns has improved company performance and digital footprint, which has not only bolstered the brand’s online presence but has also led to being selected as a speaker at industry gatherings.
As a recognized speaker at the Fluid Power Distributors Association (FPDA) conference, he shared insights that are at the forefront of marketing and product development in the fluid power industry. His impact extends to participation in the National Fluid Power Association (NFPA). As a Future Leader, Action Challenge facilitator, and Industrial Technology Task Force member, he contributes to the broader conversation on innovation and customer engagement in the industry.
