Roseville, MI, December 2016-Peninsular Cylinder Company has launched its new website, a fully redesigned platform packed with many new features, including homepage access to its configurator, client testimonials, and a news section.

Peninsular’s President Bud Haver talks about the new website’s user friendliness, “We’re confident our new website will make it easier for our customers to find the products that will best fit their needs,” Haver said.

One of many new, unique features is the “Products” megamenu tab. The first link on the navigation bar, this megamenu is a massive dropdown that houses all of Peninsular’s product information under one roof.  From their standard hydraulic and pneumatic models, sizing & dimensional charts, accessories, and more, it’s now much easier to find information crucial to the ordering process.

“Our goal at the start of the development process was to provide a digital space that makes it easy for clients to do business with us, while still highlighting all that we have to offer. From easily accessible ordering information to landing pages that showcase all our products, we believe we have achieved that goal with this new website,” says Bill Tyler, National Sales and Marketing Manager for Peninsular.

In addition to well-organized product information, it will also be easier to get in touch with Peninsular’s core team with the new “Contact” Page. The nearly 70-year-old manufacturer is also opening up a bit more about its longstanding history in the fluid power market, beginning with its original ties to the automotive markets.

As technology is ever changing, key functionalities and features will continue to be added that make the cylinder ordering process as seamless as possible. In conjunction with this launch, Peninsular is undergoing a new brand redevelopment for 2017 that will remain consistent with the website’s crimson and blue background, complimented by the company’s updated bold rosy red logo.

Peninsular Cylinder Company was originally founded in 1948 to manufacture hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders to service Ford Motors, Chrysler and General Motors assembly and powertrain plants throughout the U.S. and Canada.
