Please Read the Important Information Below about our Cylinder Configurators

First time users must register (only one registration is required per computer)

Our configurator is designed to eliminate the ordering confusion that is present within today’s cylinder industry by allowing you, our customer, to download and quote any NFPA Peninsular standard cylinder of your choice quickly, efficiently and easily. Once generated, the Peninsular part number appears for the cylinder that you designed along with a solid model picture which can be immediately downloaded into your own CAD drawing. You may also obtain 2D drawings with dimensions for the cylinder that you have configured.

Your goal is easily achieved by answering simple questions as you configure your cylinder and by clicking on our Helpful Hints Icon when additional information concerning the question topic at hand is needed. All seal and repair kit part numbers along with applicable cylinder mounting accessories are just a mouse click away for the cylinder that you have configured. All of the above is available to you free of charge and you should realize significant cost savings by utilizing our product Configurators.

Peninsular cylinder bore sizes range up to 20” for hydraulic cylinders and 24” for air cylinders, however, because of the complexity involved in producing our cylinder configurators, our customers may only configure our standard NFPA cylinder products up to and including 14 inches in bore size. Metric hydraulic cylinders up to 500MM and Metric air cylinders up to 320MM bore sizes may also be configured. All NFPA and Metric cylinder accessories are also configurable for any cylinder bore that you choose under the parameters of our configurators.

When you are configuring our cylinder do not answer the next question until the computer as had sufficient time to record your previous answer, up to a 5 second delay may be experienced while your file is being updated between your answers to our questions.

Peninsular cylinder warranties are as stated in our website and they apply for all cylinders that you may generate through the use of this configurator.

There are millions of dimensions and numbers that are taken into account, and as a result, Peninsular Cylinder Company shall be held harmless and is not liable in any way, for any dimensional errors or omissions or for any other issues, applicable to any of our cylinders which may be configured herein. The intention of this configurator is to simplify the cylinder ordering process and to provide both time and cost savings to our valued customers, free of charge, via simplified engineering and associated ordering costs.
